Educated with a Bachelor in architecture, I have a cultivated visual and conceptual mind, as well as a broad range of experiences within customer/client facing, sales and architecture positions wherein I have honed my multi-tasking and communication skills - verbal, written and visual. I enjoy working in an environment in which I can exercise my abilities related to the creative process alongside my ability to thrive under pressure.
Involved in launching the brand’s first UK store alongside a small team, this has been an all encompassing role with involement in the running of the store and website. A focus on product knowledge and administrative tasks alongside customer service in a high end environment with close contact with the directors of the company.
Duties primarliy involved customer assistance and advice, point of sales operations and cash handling, stock taking and display assistance. Responding to phone enquiries and correspondence with customers, suppliers, buyers and merchandisers.
Contributing to commercial and residential projects of new builds, restorations and extension I undertook resposibilities in client meetings, design proposals, project development, detail and construction drawing, model building and finish selection while reporting to company directors.
Initially working as a gate attendent and usher at WAFC’s flagship stadium, Domain Stadium - the role focused on providing patrons with an exceptional level of service and care as well as the use of ticketing systems. Later duties included the preparation and operation of the stadium’s corporate areas - reporting to the General Manager.
Duties involved customer assistance and advice, point of sales operations and cash handling, stock taking, stock arranging and display installation, set up and maintanence as well as responding to telephone enquiries. The position supplied extensive training in sales, customer care and occupational health and safety within retail.
