BLACKWELL is a Concept & Design Boutique Agency responsible for events such as the first big event for Public Christmas in Angola, first big event for Public Childrens Days, Music Festivals, Sports Events and PALANCA PARADE.
All this events took place at “new” Marginal de Luanda (Promenade), the new “Postal” of Luanda. The entrance is FREE and the ideia was to promote Family and Friendship Values, Playful Environment and New Experiences for the Public.
