About me
I am an award-winning creative services professional with 20+ years’ experience in the creative & marketing arena. I have worked on some of the largest entertainment campaigns and projects in the UK and globally, including The Greatest Showman, Bohemian Rhapsody & Star Wars. I am a bold, innovative, forward thinker and strategic business leader who isn’t afraid to challenge the norm and push the boundaries to deliver brilliant creative. I strive for a collaborative approach and excel at building teams and networks who are united in delivering joined-up 360° creative campaigns. I combine commercial awareness and a passion for product into all of my creative outputs, coupled with creative excellence and the ability to think outside of the box. My key achievements include: • Creative lead on award-winning & record-breaking campaigns for Bohemian Rhapsody, The Greatest Showman, The Shape of Water, Hidden Figures, The Revenant, James Bond: Spectre & Skyfall as well as brands including X-Men, Family Guy, The Simpsons and Star Wars • BASE award-winning team member on more than 25 projects – including Deadpool, Miss Peregrines Home for Peculiar Children, The Sound of Music and The Revenant • POPAI award winner (Point of Sale awards) for Ice Age & Avatar • Leading the creative strategy for the change management process at Fox as we transitioned to a digitally focused business - Digital contribution increased by 50% in 3 years and Fox became the #1 studio in digital. • British Association of Screened Entertainment (BASE) creative lead for steering group / nationwide industry initiative on consumer messaging and communications • Youngest department manager in PHEI’s history (at the time of promotion) • Building the Creative Services Departments at both Paramount Home Entertainment International and Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment UK from scratch – developing and managing the departments to become award-winning, results-led creative teams

    The Greatest ShowmanOur objective was to engage & inspire multiple audiences & make The Greatest Showman a spectacular event release on DVD, Blu-ray and Digital Download - building on the momentum from the cinema release, our focus was on appealing to the fans and not the critics.
