About me
I am a senior design researcher and innovation consultant at Doblin (a Deloitte company).I love helping organisations navigate through ambiguity and innovate through deeply understanding people and discovering new insights. My passion especially lies in innovations that benefit the society, while bringing sustainability to the organisation. At Doblin, I have worked with clients across continents in both private and public sectors to explore their future customer needs, set up new strategy, develop new propositions, design new customer experience, and build innovation capabilities.
Apart from project work, I have been mentoring junior team member on design research, and helping Deloitte develop its design research capabilities.
Before Doblin, I completely my PhD in Human-Centred Design and New Product Development while helping a leading fast moving consumer goods company develop a new product line.
