Creative design project manager Athens, Greece
About me
I was born in Greece and had a creative tendency from an early age. I studied graphic design and applied arts but was always very interested in the latest trends on every creative area e.g. arts-architecture-design-fashion. As a teenager I got involved in creative projects such as art-exhibitions and theater installations. Later on I started my professional carrier as a graphic designer in small creative agencies in my home town Thessaloniki. On 2001 I started working as Visual merchandiser in the first IKEA store in Greece. Very soon I got interested in the commercial environment and was able to keep up with the hectic everyday tasks of a large retail company. I started to see myself as leader of a creative team on the Build-up of the second IKEA store in Greece. As from 2004 I’m managing and coaching groups of interior design/visual merchandising and graphic design specialists. On my every day agenda is to organize complex commercial strategies and set timeframes of planning and implementing them. At the same time I’m able to set and follow up on high performance commercial goals on quantitative and qualitative ways. On my personal time I like to exercise and keep a healthy life style. My personal goal is to keep a balance between my professional and personal life and enjoy every day of my life as much as I can!

#therelaxingroomPicture yourself there ! A friendly couple invites you to their summer house somewhere in the Attica coast line. It is an old construction that they have recently renovated. They both love Retro style , collect antiques and vintage objects like old phones ,radios and books. The same Retro - antique feeling applies also in their summer home so many of the original architectural elements of the building were retouched but sustained. The concreted “Worn-out” walls , the “Patchwork” of old floor tiles and the “Ceiling high” wooden window frames compliments their passion for Retro interiors. The main activity of this room is Relaxing: Reading a good book. Listening to your favorite music. Surfing on the net for more antiques. Enjoying a glass of wine alone or with friends. Connecting with nature while looking outside the windows. Having an afternoon “power nap” on the comfortable sofa. Enjoying each other by being together in solitude. Or just doing nothing …  Doesn’t that sound nice? So step in and enjoy the VIEW!!!
