- UOB TMRW Mobile BankingPROJECT OVERVIEW As one of the biggest local banks in Singapore, UOB (United Overseas Bank) collaborated with Aleph-Labs Singapore (a local digital design agency) to reach millennials and ease their banking experiences. UOB launched the mobile-only bank called TMRW to serve the digital generation in ASEAN, starting with Thailand. This project showcases branding and an onboarding experience for their service that familiarizes users about the benefits and importance of taking out a policy.
- Chope - Restaurant Reservation AppPROJECT OVERVIEW Chope is a local start-up in Singapore that helps diners discover, book, and save for their next meal. Chope is connecting restaurants and diners through discovery, reservations, and deals. The Chope app and website feature various guides and over 4,000 restaurants to help users discover places to eat, book instantly, and enjoy savings through specials and dining vouchers. My responsibilities include:
- Redesigning the consumer-facing website to align with the branding, reducing the bounce and drop-off rate, and increasing the engagement rate by 10-15%.
- Improving the conversion rate and end-to-end experience of the web and mobile application. This involves the restaurant browse and search, table booking process, delivery and takeaway landing page, and ChopeDollars loyalty program.
- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive cross-platform design system for B2C products.
- Conducting user testing, interviews, and other research methodologies as part of the design process.
- Creating a comprehensive list of marketing materials such as EDM that caters to different types of users and scenarios.
- Working collaboratively with product owners, internal marketing team, developers, and other designers.
- Conducting design QA in every sprint to ensure the quality and standard of the finished product.
- Helping the team lead facilitating design workshops with internal stakeholders from different teams.
