About me
As a teenager it was my duty to help my mother out whenever necessary... Whether I wanted to or not! Whilst assisting her on various photography projects I first learned how to use a camera. Following this, I took up photography as part of my A-level course which enhanced my skills before taking a serious interest in stop-motion animation. It was from here that I developed my passion in moving image and animation before graduating with a degree in Digital Film, Games & Animation from Leeds College of Art. Today, I am a freelance director, cinematographer and editor. My passion lies in bringing ideas to life, whether it's small individual projects or collaborating with a team. I am extremely hands on and will see a project through from the opening creative process to post production, editing and delivering on time for the client. I am experienced in both shooting in a studio and on location and have an array of my own equipment. My other interests include travelling, photography, sports - a passionate Arsenal fan, gym, watching films and seeing friends and family.

I directed, filmed and edited this project.
  • Unchaste - Short Film
Unchaste - Short FilmUnchaste is a short film featuring Alex Meredith (Alex Jones) and Olivia Bernstone (Olivia Jones). Al's struggles as a student living at home are apparent, his constant drinking allows him to drift into his own fantasy world, however, he may have less control of his fantasies then first appears. I was inspired by films from Terry Gilliam, Darran Aronofsky and Stanley Kubrick. I was attracted to stories that showed humans struggling with addiciton and the mental state of being unaware of what is reality and what is dream. I wrote this project in my third year of uni where I also filmed and edited the project.
  • Go Get Glitter
Go Get GlitterGo Get Glitter are a specialist face and body art company that allow people to express themselves in a fun and colourful way. I filmed & edited their model walking through Covent Garden to capture the reactions of the public. I directed, filmed and edited on the project.
