I was joining the Beauty department as the temporary sales and marketing assistant in organizing the Cosmoprof Asia 2014. During my working period I provided an administrative and operational support to the team in sales and marketing communication issues, which include but not limited to the following: - Handled exhibitors quires concerning the fair - Maintained the CRM and OEM (Online Exhibitor Manual) system - Handled the Facebook contest “Likes My Nails” - Translated materials between English and Chinese - Furnished PowerPoint slides for seminars - Provided customer services and answered incoming call from exhibitos and visitors
