  • • Goods receiving of the new collection, scanning the samples, invoice matching and printing swing tickets for problematic items. • Responsible for tracking and monitoring the movement of the samples between departments using SAP software and using PLM to identify them. • Effectively organising samples in appropriate storage areas - exporting EAN scans to create Excel storage inventories, exporting packing lists from SAP • VLOOKUP sample SKUs from different seasonal assortments in inventories. • Analyse samples inventories using Pivot Table and Pivot Chart to maximise the use of storage space • Working closely with Merchandising team in preparation and during Brand Buy, ensuring the efficiency of the meetings by presenting the samples in the correct sequence of discussion and maintaining visual display during the racking-up of the collection • Taking ownership of Tailoring/Dress Shirt/Tie categories, creating ‘sample substitute’ directories for Wholesale team, and be the first point of contact for issuing the samples for various initiatives • Designing training documents for MRTW, using extensive experience in working with Tailoring, Carry-Forward, Replenishment, Heritage categories and the main collections. • Training Global Showrooms and new members of staff in MRTW and Tailoring product knowledge. • Supporting the Wholesale Executives in presenting the collection during the apparel and non-apparel buying appointments • Managing wholesale appointments schedule and reporting changes to the management and catering team
