- Featured PostingA problem that kept constantly coming back to the Product Team, through various sources of research, is the reluctance of homeowners returning phone calls. This is a major problem because tradesmen pay for the posts and would ultimately lose out on money. Therefore, Featured Posting was created to solve this issue; homeowners are given a choice to pay for a job post, which would be highlighted amongst free posts to display real intent.
