As part of the digital transformation in Kaplan before being purchased by Amazon, I joined them to generate acquisition (traffic, leads) and increase brand awareness in the MENA Market. I have made a career change and decided to explore other industries outside the design industry after the global financial crisis in 2009. Due to having good communication skills and my ability to build good relationships with clients, I started working in Harrods as a Sales Executive, with several luxurious companies such as: Dior and Gucci. Then for Estee-Lauder in the beauty department in Harrods. I consistently achieved all sales targets set, and was awarded the top Sales Executive for the account averaging 182% over target since joining Harrods.
