Currently a web-site product manager. I used to take care of Sponsorships and events here at OctaFX, signing a one-year sponsorship with Southampton FC and creating brand-related content in collaboration with Southampton FC, DHP studios in London and our in-house designers, creating assets including stadium branding, LED ads for matches, video ads (OctaFX – In good business you have to play ball). I also directed and produced promotional videos, independently (OctaFX Supercharged real contest – Tesla Model S winner announced) and in collaboration with DHP Studios (OctaFX Informed choices Informed trading Car dealership and OctaFX Informed choices Informed trading Restaurant) throughout 4 years working at OctaFX. My daily tasks range was quite broad, including budgeting, search of creative suppliers, video production, print materials production, location recce, casting, crew selection. I worked with video production crews in Indonesia, also performing photoshoots and video production there independently, all connected with OctaFX sponsoring Indonesian football clubs. Another good chunk of my work was taking care of CSR projects, including sponsorship of Bali Sports Foundation in the field of wheelchair rugby, wheelchair basketball and parasailing. We even designed a co-branded boat to present it to disabled parasailing team. I can supervise graphic design, as well as taking care of graphic materials myself using Photoshop and Lightroom. I used to do a lot of freelance photography and sometimes even shooting videos. I am now occupying a position of product manager in OctaFX, leading creative team in charge of website development and promo-materials creation. I am in charge of prioritising tasks, making sure all requirements are met and due dates respected. Also, I analyse the effectiveness of delivered creatives, making sure they work as intended and learning from our mistakes when they don’t perform as expected. I manage team workflow, making sure it’s effective and all team members are collaborating with each other on daily tasks to keep everyone in the loop and support our product quality, following brand guidelines. I can work with multiple stakeholders, making sure tasks are prioritised and requirements are met. As we have 4 offices in different countries, I am familiar with distance work and ready to manage that, taking into account various timezones, limited communication, etc. Using negotiation skills and problem-solving are my strong points as well.
