Zimou Zeng is a London-based Chinese contemporary jewellery designer and maker. Graduated from Designer Maker MA in Camberwell College of Arts, University of the Arts London in 2015. He works with different material, making wearable jewellery pieces that could be as comfortable in a gallery as on the catwalk. In order to explore the relationship between body and jewellery, Zimou’s research focus on the relationship between body, clothing and jewellery. He is also inspired by body distortion. Zimou bases his works on the theories of reciprocity and attachment to explore the relationship between body and wearable jewellery. How body and jewellery interact? What interactions take place between the physical body and jewellery overlap? These are the questions he tries to answer in his creations.
Duties & responsibilities: Reception and answering phone calls Greeting customers Taking and serving meal orders, enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Duties & responsibilities: Helping designers developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project Helping designer producing 'sample' or 'mood' boards for presentation to clients Taking notes for interior designers when having meeting Research and select furniture , fabrics, fixture and material and providing samples for clients; Working with vendors of products, purchase accessories or specific products
