Working in Global Adform marketing department with internal and external events and conferences organization, supporting employer branding events and its’ communication. Key responsibilities: • Planning, organizing and coordinating various internal and external events and conferences on IT topics and employer branding events; coordinating and organizing Aform‘s sponsorship and participation in other conferences. • Working with suppliers, negotiating on price, building supply relationships on global scale. Working with CMS Umbraco and administrating several websites and social media channels. Key achievements: EDUCATION • Organized the internal global expo, which participation rate increased by 500% • Organized the most successful event of the year – Adform Cultural fair for the first time in the company, which resulted in 100 % participation rate; • Organized the biggest international client visit, which resulted as a partnership; • Supported and attended the most prestigious world digital events like Cannes 2016 and Dmexco 2016. • Support High Load Strategy Conference 2015 organization and overtook the PR aspects of 2016 event.
• Responsibilities: Copyrighting, rich media workspace management; Managing digital and content aspects of our websites, social media. Key Achievements: Structured, created and implemented monthly global newsletters that has a structure for specific target groups and consistency; managed the rich media workspace for sales people which resulted in an increase of our brand solutions visibility between our clients.
• Established the official local department, created strategies for sales and communication functional areas, managed 3 team leaders (18 people in total), and delivered trainings on national and international scope.
• Responsibilities: Lithuania’s exchange program and marketing strategies creation and implementation, product and processes development, B2C & B2B sales, conferences agendas and education management, Kaunas department coaching. • Key Achievements: sales to student model, developed processes and internships program, 34 % growth in programs full sales, 6 educational national conferences organized.
