About me
As an Event Manager at Pushkin House, I work with diverse cultural events, ranging from art exhibitions, film screenings, lectures, and concerts, that showcase the diversity of Eastern European culture through the decolonial lens and reflecting on the imperialist heritage.
I have a MA degree in Performance and Design from University of the Arts London, where I developed my skills and passion for performance art and experimental theatre. I have produced and directed several plays and multimedia shows, including a play based on Nabokov, which was presented at Central Saint Martins in 2023.
I have also co-founded and managed @fetchish_net, a digital PR platform that supports and empowers emerging artists and musicians from micro-communities and diasporas. Through my work, I aim to create positive social impact and foster dialogue and diversity in the arts and entertainment industry.
Feel free to contact me via instagram (@zlata.mechetina) or email (zl.mechetina@gmail.com) to discuss potential collaborations or explore how we can work together to bring creative visions to life!
