I have developed over the years, confidence, charisma, and good speaking voice, which have given me success in the field of presenting. - Chef Spotlight interview with Masterchef Finalist Santosh ShahI had the pleasure of interviewing Santosh Shah who taught me how to make Spiced Salmon, Quinoa Pula/Pilaf, Coconut and Tomato sauce with baby spinach.
