About me
My enthusiasm and passion for international affairs, communications and, exposure to creative and multicultural environments, have been the major drivers of my career decisions thus far. It's the same enthusiasm that now drives me to look beyond academia, and towards a creative business environment where I can utilize, enhance and apply my working knowledge of: project management, public relations, network building, critical and creative thinking. Work history
    Centre Coordinator
    As Centre Coordinator at the LSE Southeast Asia Centre, I work together with the Director to develop the centre's activities, strategic development and achieve its engagement and fundraising objectives. My role has been crucial to shaping and expanding the Centre since it's establishment in 2014. On a day-to-day basis I manage and oversee all resources allocated to the Centre, including physical, human and financial. Strategy - Building the governance and structure of the centre together with the Director from its establishment; - Advising the Director on the strategic and institutional development of the centre across LSE and with potential corporate and academic partners in the region; Projects - Supporting and driving SEAC’s fundraising initiatives – for instance, drafting brochures and stewardship reports for current and future donors; - Contributing to the trajectory of SEAC’s research and public engagement agenda; - Produced and presented training material for guidance on how to set up new IGA centres within LSE; Management - Managing the centre’s major gift donations and the day-to-day operations and financial arrangements; - Training and managing the SEACs Visiting Appointments, Graduate Interns and other memebers of the team; - Acting as the key point of contact for the centre – liaising with prospective donors, centre affiliates, journalists, diplomats and members of the public.
    Communications Coordinator

    Producing and implementing communication strategies for the centre’s various regionals programmes and cross-thematic activities, while maintaining a consistent IDEAS ‘voice’; Maximising the dissemination and impact of the centre’s content through social media platforms and targeted disseminations lists; Increasing the centre’s Twitter followers by 480% in two years; Editing and developing the content and layout of the entire website; Training and coordinating a team of twelve Programme Assistants to use the Content Management System (CMS) and liaising with LSE’s Web Services for software updates and developments.
