In this role I worked with the Production Manager and Executive Producers daily; uploading and downloading FTPS, handling freelances and our in-house artists, researching for new and current projects, expenses, liaising with clients, managing the departments’ diary and scheduling meetings. I also cover the PA for the joint MD’s of film when needed; looking after international travel.

In my role on reception I managed multiple rooms and diaries, using CETA daily to book our resources and cost charges. I learned a variety of in-house skills and requirements of myself; managing multiple rooms and diaries, using CETA daily to book our resources and cost charges, oversaw and maintained the issuing of security passes as well as doing stock checks and ordering stationary when needed. In addition to this I also assisted with various departments such as Creative, Digital, Research and Sales departments - assisting with treatments and briefs.
