Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): · Create advertising, promotional and PR campaigns for the brand. · Plan, organise and attend social and networking events and meetings. · Working closely with the Marketing Director to prospect, pitch and close new businesses. · Dealing with high profile clients and members to ensure their needs and preferences are met at all times. · Book and manage a team of classical musicians, bands and Djs. · Responsible for marketing ad, ticket sales and smooth running of an event. · Handling contracts, invoices and itineraries of an artists, Dj’s and musicians. · Keeping track of records of clientele database and maintaining excellent relations with clients, guests and members. · Excellent knowledge of the London restaurants, bars, clubs and the nightlife scene.
Responsible for developing and executing creative concepts for VLVT, leading restaurant, bar and club. Regularly liaising with the sales and marketing team to ensure the best creative solutions are realised, implemented and delivered with a highest standard. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): · Promoting and marketing the brand to increase popularity among target consumers. · Working closely with talent agencies, labels and artist managements on booking artists, bands, djs and entertainers. · Maintaining a calendar of events for effective long term planning & management. · Effectively managing, coaching and developing team of 80 - 100 employees. · Attending trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences to promote business. · Negotiated deals, signed contracts and partnership agreements with industry leaders such as Funktion One, Robe, Pioneer, Allen & Heath, Air Scent, Samsung and many more. · Ensuring compliance to all environmental health and safety goals and objectives. · Forged well-built relationships with the clients and key accounts.
