• Management of a ‘brand’ image of the bank in press/publishing, media channels and social networking • Organisation and facilitation of company’s corporate and social events and press conferences • Management of all aspects of event organisation from managing stakeholder expectations, creating plans of deliverables to gaining sponsorship from Executive Board • Processing and delivering the sponsorship and charity projects, ensuring the proposals are considered by the executive board and delivered to the fullest expectations • Liaison and building strong business relationships with external clients, journalists, media representatives • Publishing a group of corporate magazine for retail, private banking and corporate clients, including the analysis of the product information, editing and proofreading the articles, as well as being responsible for the overall presentation of the magazines • Supervision of the team responsible for publications made on the social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, VK) with strong attention to details Ad hock duties including translating from English to/from Russian, completion of regular monthly payments within the PR division, completion of the contracts with external companies
