We’re currently hiring a Project Co-Ordinator to work in our Global Media Platforms team, the role is hybrid/remote based occasionally from our London office.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to enable the smooth running of a new client implementation on third party media planning & reporting tool by supporting the project manager with the operation of project management processes and activities on their behalf.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Governance and Compliance – Lead and monitor the execution of the implementation projects aligned with project/programme governance arrangements and organization policies. Ensure that throughout the project deliverables and deadlines are being met by all parties, and meetings are being setup with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Project Plans and Controls - Establish and maintain appropriate plans and controls, as defined by the project manager, aligned to stakeholder needs and/or organisation standards, to ensure implementations run smoothly and are effectively tracked. Responsible for leading internal status calls with the client teams. Support the project manager in identifying improvements to future projects based on previous learnings and to document changes on processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement/Communications Management - Main point of contact when engaging with the supplier and the client teams. Responsible for understanding the client needs and sharing them with the supplier to ensure platform will be built successfully.
  • Project Risks and Issues Management - Identify and monitor project risks and issues. Develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate.
  • Guidance and Support - Provides advice and guidance to the client team during the implementation and liaise with the supplier key requirements from dentsu GPM team and the client team.
  • Global Media Platforms team collaboration – work closely with the Junior Project Manager to learn the implementation processes and get confidence to start leading these projects. Work together with the BAU/operations team to ensure a smooth transition once projects are finished and ensure processes within the team are consistent.
Person Specification
Media/Technology Related:
  • Experience in delivering projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous media software management experience working with technology suppliers essential to be successful in this role
  • Experience in generating and maintaining process documentation
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail & organised
  • Detailed planning approach to day-to-day activities
  • Ability to work autonomously and a self-motivator who is proactive with a positive attitude
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Methodical thinking and planning approach to problem solving
  • Takes ownership of their own development
  • Flexible and innovative remote working behaviour to ensure synergy with rest of the team and direct line manager
