The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Senior FP&A Analyst to work with QI finance teams (central and markets) to lead efficient reporting and build the understanding of the storyline behind the financial results. You will support the forecasting and budgeting process, as well as work with the business optimization team, building the long-term planning and forecasting lens of QI through efficient financial analysis. You will provide financial analysis to support and challenge business decisions including market benchmarking and trends. You will work with Market Finance teams to establish consistent process and to deliver reporting and forecasting.
This role is an international role that works across four markets (geographies – UK, Italy, Germany & Japan) reporting directly into the QI FP&A Director. It can be based in the UK, Germany or Italy.

Your Impact
You will prepare the financial material for monthly QI consolidated presentations, to senior leadership and to QRG counterparts.
You will consolidate the forecast for the region and critically analyse the forward-looking financial KPI's.
You will support the process for LRP & Budget – build modelling and anticipate needs to feed the QI financial storyline with the long-term view of appropriate planning and forecasting.
You will propose efficiencies in the Outlook process, understanding the exchanges between local teams and QI HQ.
You will demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively across a high performing team of Finance professionals.
What You Bring
You will have experience or proven track record within in a Finance role.
You will have experience supporting the forecasting or budgeting process.
You will have financial analysis experience and proven record of challenging business financial decisions.
Experience establishing efficient finance processes and working across multiple geographies.
BS in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering.
Advanced Excel skills are required and knowledge of Planning Tools BPC / SAP (or a similar accounting package).
