● Board level role. Operational lead for all Delivery functions in the agency. Coaching and leading
succession of a talented, diverse group of multidisciplinary team leads including Creative, Tech,
Media, Social and Project Management. Focus on efficient project management and opportunities
for improvement across our employer brand functions.
● As subject matter expert for brand clients, helped them to research and use data to strategise
their brand framework expression, brand activation as well as channel and innovation strategy,
