Critical Hit: Creating a BAFTA Best Game
Hear from CEO of Larian Studios Swen Vincke, Writing Director Adam Smith, and Lead Writer Chrystal Ding as they share insights into the development of Baldur’s Gate 3. From the importance of early access to keeping the team sustained through a 6 year development cycle, this panel will lift the lid on the creation of the 2024 BAFTA Best Game.

Performance Check: Role playing in Baldur’s Gate 3
Join this panel with the winner of Performer in a Supporting Role, Andrew Wincott, and fellow nominated/longlisted performers Neil Newbon, Amelia Tyler, Dave Jones, Tracy Wiles and Samantha Béart. Together, they’ll roll the dice on sharing their experiences of working on the game, as well as the similarities or differences of acting across different mediums.

Bardic Inspiration: Composing a BAFTA-winning soundtrack
Composer Borislav Slavov and winner of BAFTA Best Music takes you through the inspirations behind the Baldur’s Gate 3 soundtrack, breaking down how he made an iconic track.
