UMG For Brands are currently seeking a Brand Partnerships Graphic Design Intern who can support and work with a global creative team.
This exciting position is within UMGB, the Brand Partnership division of Universal Music Group, where you will join an international team specializing in helping global brands craft and execute their music and entertainment strategies.

The B Side: Skills & Experience
Be Creative
  • Visually and creatively support all concepts being pitched or executed by the global creative team and associated teams (inc. account management, new business)
  • Help elevate our pitch decks with first-class mock-up’s, creative references and ensuring they maintain a high standard of design
  • Contribute to our production decks with specific artwork, mood boards, and even style-frames to help bring our creative solutions to life.
  • Participate alongside the team in any brand identity design attributed to specific projects
  • Assist in creating UMGB global brand assets. Including facilitating with our website, newsletter artwork, social infographics, graphical content and print ready industry reports
  • Take part in creative brainstorms with the broader UMGB teams
Person Specification
  • A passionate and skilled designer, motivated to enter an agency style environment within the music industry, and working with some of the world’s top clients and talents
  • Not afraid to be flexible and are committed to supporting a global creative team
  • A strong design portfolio and understanding of creative suite applications for Mac - Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere, etc
  • Excellent skills in MS Office – PowerPoint
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional design aesthetic, ensuring all creative output adheres to brand and artist standards
  • Stays up to date with latest design trends, including AI
  • Good team-working skills
  • A passion for and knowledge of music
  • Solid organisational skills, hit deadlines and multitasking
  • Ability to contribute to the culture of the UMG FOR BRANDS team and take part in activities that foster the team spirit
  • Experience with After Effects and any other motion graphic tools desirable
