We are hiring now for a Group Business Director.
The Role
We are looking for a Group Business Director to head up a portfolio of major global CPG clients as well as new brands.
This opportunity will see you leading, growing and directing a portfolio of brands across large scale business. You will lead an enthusiastic and highly talented account team to champion excellence in client servicing. There will be the opportunity to think strategically about how you develop this already well established business to take it into new directions and create a truly global offer. You will collaborate with a well established strategy team and will be given full support in building your knowledge of the business and the agency.
You'll be a client relationship master, developing and building long term client relationships by working in close collaboration - fostering trust, building credibility and client advocacy at the highest level. Flexibility is incredibly important and you'll be comfortable with changes along the process. Furthermore, you'll be constantly looking for, building and promoting big ideas to take your brand business to new heights, with a critical eye on the process and the confidence to stand up for what's right and what works.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
  • Ideally have experience from a top creative agency. Experience of working with large global clients is going to be necessary as is a passion for inspiring the highest quality creative work.
  • Have proven experience leading a piece of business and generated growth.
  • Be confident leading a team from the front, fostering a strong team dynamic and inspiring others to perform to their best of their ability.
  • Be comfortable managing, negotiating and implementing contractual deals, encouraging efficiencies across all aspects of the business.
  • Have gravitas, energy and a positive attitude!
