We are looking for… A Media Producer with experience in the cultural and live sectors to join our London Studio team to oversee the production of content and interactive software development for a large-scale semi-permanent installation. The right candidate will have a good understanding of the content production process for 3D animation, motion graphics for projection and screen technologies. They will be able to uphold the creative and narrative intent of the experience, and they will have significant experience in client-facing roles, as well as working hands-on with artists and developers. The candidate will have excellent communication, organisation, management and administration skills. They will be a creative problem solver and excellent team member.

The right person will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects and priorities at once.


Responsibilities:
  • Create, develop and maintain timelines and workflows for a large-scale immersive project that combines a multi-space experience with both linear and interactive media.
  • Be client-facing account manager for the project.
  • Integrate with third parties and project sponsors as required to realise the project.
  • Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets.
  • Team management and workflow management across the media, technical, lighting and sound teams.
  • Line Management of junior staff members, including the media coordinator.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and are delivered on time.
  • Manage risk, strategise mitigations and escalate concerns across all areas of the project.
  • Oversee the strategy for the key documentation and matrices related to project delivery.
  • Recruiting team members as required.
  • Contracting team members and third parties as required.
  • Organising and overseeing voice over recordings.
  • Manage relationships and workflows of collaborators - internal and external.
  • Willingness for travel and weekend work as required (TOIL in place).
  • Assist with material needed for pitches and client meetings on other projects as required.


Essential Experience:
  • 4+ Years experience in producing and/or project management.
  • Preferably experience within the immersive creative industries and/or a mix of experience with animated content production.
  • Experience with interactive media and content experiences.
  • Experience in client management and relationship building on a high level.
  • Experience developing and managing large, complex budgets.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Ability to work across multiple projects at different stages of development.
  • Computer Literacy; adept at all Google Apps and Microsoft Office Apps.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Confident verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy on all project work.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience or an interest in multi-disciplinary work, including animation, live events, theatre and experiential events.
  • Ability to work in our London Bridge office when not working remotely.
  • Enjoy being a part of a team, and collaborating with multiple disciplines.


Bonus Experience:
  • Wrike, Ftrack, Frame.IO, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in producing in different territories is a plus.
