A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 60% of the time for most people. What does a Designer do at Hogarth?
We’re looking for a Midweight Designer to create engaging visuals across digital platforms - particularly digital commerce (dcomm), social content and sites & search. The perfect candidate will be collaborative, proactive and have previous experience in creating work that inspires, informs and captivates consumers across a wide range of digital platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for visual digital design of campaign work and brand storytelling across social, content, CRM, DCOMM, Sites & Search
  • Be proactive and demonstrate they are solutions-led in their approach to work
  • Design visually stunning communications across digital and social media platforms
  • Collaborate well with Project Managers, Account Managers and Creatives to produce strategically sound creative solutions
  • Help drive ‘idea led’ digital creative solutions that reflect modern marketing
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to the Production Lead (T&P Gresse Street, London).
You will work closely with T&P Mars Design Lead and Creative teams.
Requirements
  • Experience designing well-crafted visual comms for digital spaces, adopting best practice, and general experience across channels such as social, dcomm and sites & search
  • Great comprehension skills, written & verbal, when it comes interpreting digital campaigns for execution
  • Able to interrogate and work to briefs and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Solid Mac skills, particularly in Illustrator and Photoshop with some level of experience in After Effects and UX/UI design
  • Experience in similar roles, preferably within agency
