What can you expect from this Google Digital Garage session?
Navigating changes at work, from finding new ways of doing things to exploring new opportunities, means that it’s even more important for us all to thoughtfully navigate how we demonstrate leadership as part of a team. Focused on the importance of communicating effectively and motivating others around you, this course will help you discover your own leadership style, how to navigate change and set and communicate a vision for your work, even if you don’t manage a direct team.
