Promoting social responsibility and diversity is at the heart of what we do – we use the platform to spotlight and champion underrepresented groups and good causes.
By creating a positive and inclusive platform, The Dots is recognised as a welcome alternative to existing professional networks. The result? A strong uptake by underrepresented demographics – our community is 68% female, 31% BAME and 16% LGBT+. We also do a lot of work supporting socioeconomic diversity and neurodiversity to fuel a more balanced industry of the future.
