5 Simple Tips to Manage Your Workload & Ease Stress

1) Think about where to set a boundary. Can you tell colleagues you’re working on something so won’t be available for 30 minutes?

2) Allot time for emails to allow you to focus on other projects rather than becoming distracted by notifications.


3) When you feel stressed, breathe deeply. You’ll feel calmer and more grounded to move forward.


4) Allow yourself time to wind down at the end of the day. Turn off your phone before bed and avoid technology when you first wake up.

5) Commit to a morning routine. Make a ‘to do’ list in order of priority. Get your work station prepared with a hot drink and water before starting work.
