Advice for working as a behind the scenes photographer

Hi all, this is my first post and looking forward to chatting to this community :) I'm Lauren and I recently finished my MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at LCC in London, earning a Distinction on my final major project. I've done a variety of photography in the past (as many do at the start!) and currently working to focus my skills now as a postgrad. I've been very interested in shooting BTS  photography and seeking advice for starting out in the field. I have an established portfolio but nothing totally relevant to that world, so I feel like I'm starting fresh from the beginning. I'd be interested in shadowing/unpaid work as portfolio building, so please be in touch if you do this kind of work and wouldn't mind me tagging along. Coffee or drinks on me and I appreciate any advice!
