Advice on producing an online indie arts and community festival?

Combination of active social media groups as pavillions and pages as stages.

Different topics: Music, writing, film and video, art, women's issues, going eco in cities, indie fashion, world mysteries, alternative housing. It's a festival, anything goes. The pages and groups are based out of Haight Ashbury, San Francisco. Which the fest is named after.

It's an online prequil festival to a TBD live festival Sept 2022 in Haight Ashbury. The groups and pages are established accross multiple platforms. Over 30,000 attendees and counting.

Current quandaries:

How to present a virtual vendor's market area and what to charge?

Ticking pricing for the main fest, full menu? Online, it's global.

Artwork?
Haight Ashbury poster art is traditonally psychadelic and barely readable. I'm not sure if people who don't know that will understand. Should I keep trying different designs? There's also the masks and hoodies to consider.
