AMC is seeking a Marketing and Channels Assistant who will support the Channel and Social Media Managers in running the departments

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist with the day-to-day management of all social media channels including, ensuring we stay engaged with our audience
- Assist in the creation of press releases, relevant blog posts and social media campaigns.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the optimization of our YouTube channel to help increase revenue stream.
- Creating and managing relationships with AMC’s media partners to increase brand awareness.
- Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for channels’ administration, including content acquisitions and sales, and quality analysis of acquired content.
- Scheduling and maintaining of promotions, commercials, and other interstitial items.
- Maintaining and updating AMC official documents, including creating presentation decks for marketing AMC productions
- Working closely with editors to ensure company quality compliance of broadcast content.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

- Good admin background and strong administration skills
- Willing to learn new technology and systems
- Strong understanding of marketing
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written communication and copywriting skills
- Excellent Microsoft Word & Excel ability
- Structured, creatively-minded with a keen eye for accuracy & methodical mindset
- Effective time management and organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Proactive approach and enthusiastic team player
- Must be London-based, as role is in-office
