I design and run workshops for remote product / design / content / marketing teams.
Stuff like:
- Project kick-offs
- Team purpose sessions
- Editorial strategy and planning
- Idea generation
- Retrospectives
I’ve run workshops for teams at big orgs like the BBC and small non-profits like Blue Marine Foundation. I also authored the card deck Idea Tactics for Pip Decks - a full set of creative facilitation methods.
