ANYONE WHO ORDERS OR HAS ORDERED FOOD ONLINE FROM ANY ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY APPS/WEBSITES...

I am currently working on a UX Design Project where I am creating a simple app for a café in my hometown. I am in the Research process of the project and I have a few questions to ask people who usually order food online on Deliveroo or any other online food delivery apps. I have a set of questions and I would really appreciate if you took the time to answer a few of them. This would help me a lot! :) The questions:

- Could you describe your experience with ordering food from any food delivery app?

- What challenges do you face in the ordering process? How does this make you feel?

- Is there any way in which you feel these challenges could be resolved?

- What would you say is pleasant about using food delivery apps?

- What would you say is unpleasant?

    In answer to your questions:
    Could you describe your experience with ordering food from any food delivery app?
    I use food delivery apps relatively frequently, mostly when I commute and don't have time to go shopping. I usually create a shopping list over time, add things to it and order once a week.

    What challenges do you face in the ordering process? How does this make you feel?
    It's frustrating when items added to my chart disappear or prices change significantly over time. Also, there's usually no good way of building a shopping list.

    Is there any way in which you feel these challenges could be resolved?
    Maybe adding a shopping list functionality with an option to automatically add items to a chart based on the list, budget and personal preferences.

    What would you say is pleasant about using food delivery apps?
    They make life easier and save time.
