As a coach I am creating a space for leaders to recharge their batteries as they navigate the current climate.
At times like these, it is very easy for leaders to get burnt out as they give personally and professionally trying to make sure everyone is okay and they tend to neglect themselves.
To be the best for everyone, leaders also need an outlet.
I am holding free zoom sessions to give leaders some much needed space to talk, think, let it all out and just be without any pressure. It was a time to recharge and gain some clarity.
