Career advice in digital UX/UI design and product design

Hi.
I'm a senior fashion designer/design manager (studied a BA at Central Saint Martins in Fashion with print) currently retraining on an online digital UI/UX course with Career Foundry.
I'm looking for advice with working in UX/UI or product design.
I will be finishing the course by January 2022 and I will have 3 porfolio pieces ready to share by then.
Any advice would be greatly welcomed.
Thanks so much

  • Car waxing is a relatively simple process that can be done at home or by professionals. It is a cost-effective way to maintain the appearance and protection of your car's paintwork. With a wide range of waxing products available in the market, you can choose from various options based on your budget and preferences https://www.findcardetailing.co.uk/car-waxing/ .

Hi Sarah. Thanks for the tips and advice.
Yes I am on the UX/UI course and I will complete by February. I have been working on the UX Double diamond techniques and all the UX methods ( Competitve analysis, user research, user personas, MVP, user flows, paper prototypes, Jobs to be done, usabilty testing etc)
And for the UI part I have been working with sketch, figma, Miro and Invision. It helps that with my fashion background I have been using Adobe Illustrator and photoshop. Hoping my portflio will be ready by the beginning of nexy year. Thanks for all the info and tips btw!
