Do you want to combine your passion for the arts with your new career in finance? We are hiring a Finance and Operations Officer!

we are looking for someone to play a critical role in our business looking after our bookkeeping and the day-to-day finances of the company combined with managing the office environment and our IT infrastructure.

You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and your duties will involve:

- Financial administration and bookkeeping duties – ideally, you will already have some bookkeeping experience and be studying towards an AAT qualification.
- Ensuring the smooth running of our office space on a day to day basis.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel is important.
- A familiarity with at least one finance package and be able to pick up new systems quickly.
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload and balance this to meet competing demands and deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, as well as proactive and motivated working style.
- The ability to work under your own initiative, handling tasks delegated to you and also identifying and undertaking work which will drive improvement and efficiency across the business.
