This was my final film at university and a challenging one to make. Starting with lots of dreams to travel around Europe to film the interviews with leading pioneers in the industry but being put to a stop by a global lockdown. We were very fortunate to have started filming this a week before the UK shut down and so we managed to turn it around utilising the digital space, which is what this film is all about.

When I first heard about digital fashion I couldn’t comprehend what it was and so in my attempts to explore it more I found myself making this film. At the time there was not too much about the concept online and I thought others might be as curious as me to discover how digital fashion might change the way we create clothes in the future.

In the past two years I have started to see more and more of it popping up, with brands using it for new collections, adverts and so on. So I am so excited to share this film and be a part of this new concept. It was an amazing experience to watch this film being shown at festivals on the big screen and chatting to audiences about it. A highlight was definitely speaking at Aesthetica film festival about making this film.

I have to say a huge thanks to the amazing team and contributors in this film who brought it all together.
