Each investor has a little difference criteria but here is an ideal fo what they will invest in or buy:
Location: UK, Europe, Asia, North America
EBITDA (Profit): Ideally 2m dollars
Valuation: in excess of $15m up to $100m
Mar Tech companies
Data companies
Ad Tech companies
