Hello! I’ve found a great, cost effective studio space to do my work and they’re looking for new tenants so I thought I’d share it with you!

Question

I recently decided to take that terrifying leap into getting my own studio space, I found this company called Projekt who make cost effective spaces for creatives wanting to take that next step, they recently opened a space in Canning Town called Bench and provide you with a workbench, it’s a 2 minute walk from Canning Town station, has a wickes and a Screwfix down the road, it’s next door to a sainsburys! I just moved in and I love it, it’s spacious, I’m only starting out so can’t afford much but can still afford this, they’re accepting new people as it’s only just opened. I know this sounds like an ad lol but I’m just sharing it because I know how hard it is to find an affordable space in london and have been looking for a year before I found this. Since it’s early days I think they can be quite flexible with pricing for the first few months and I just think it’s great to work in a communal space where you also have your own privacy.
