- I changed paths too! It certainly has not been easy *wheeeww*My advice would be (1) to know (intermediate level at least) how to use one of the design platforms (if you don't already know how to that is!) such as Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3ds Max etc(2) create a portfolio of some looks/design styles using any of those design platforms.(3) use Instagram to curate your style and inspirations.(4) do a design course of some sort, a diploma, for example.Good luck Patrick!
