Hi all, new to this - career changer. Background in Fine Art but been out of the game for a while. Any advice?
Studied Fine Art, went into administration after graduating and struggling for jobs, then moved into finance. Realised this wasn't a great fit and been struggling for a while. Looking to go back to my roots and develop myself further. Any advice in upskilling? Networking opportunities? Mailing lists I can connect with? Any help would be great to get a new career off the ground.

- @Glen Paul Mendes Thanks Glen for the reply, need to start working on getting some up to date work made and getting out there. Hope you have had a great Christmas - Best of luck for your future endeavors :)
- Oh forgot usually the art school has a file on each student that most creative agencies can ask for which states in simple terms your best art direction, and I think they send out recent graduate info to most local galleries to you, so best to put together a poretfolio and send in or pop in to say hi.
- Same here I moved to London from Southend, usually if a gallery is interested in you they will send out an open call general invite or just send you invites to exhibitions out of the blue if so its best to attend say hello wait to see how other artists are see if you can get into group shows ie its about finding your tribe consider it hunting
