I'm a small start up vegan and sustainable craft business in Surrey, starting up through the Prince's Trust Enterprise Course. 
It would be SO SO helpful and appreciated if as many of you as possible in the UK (as I currently only ship within the UK) please completed and shared this on to anyone and everyone so I can get as much valuable feedback as I can from different kinds of people.
It consists of 22 multiple choice questions so shouldn't take very long! Constructive criticism from a customer or fellow maker/seller perspective is very welcome if you want to leave any comments, that includes examples of some of my work included in the survey - I have had a few people point out some oversights/mistakes previously which I have corrected if you happen to notice any don't feel awkward about pointing it out to me, I'm still learning and any advice is appreciated.

I haven't used my Dots profile much since I created it a while ago so still getting to grips with it, please bear with me! Apologies if this isn't the usual sort of thing to be shared on here.
