How should companies measure the productivity of engineers? 🤔
Measure on lines of code, and I’ll use double spacing.
Measure on story points, and I’ll multiply my points by 5.
Measure on stories completed, and I’ll split every story into 7.
Measure on bugs, and I’ll choose easier tasks.
Measure on individual output, and I won’t help my teammates.
So, how do you measure individuals/teams?
