I am looking for an expert to donate 2-3 hours of their time to run a session developing customer service systems in a growing start-up.
The British Library is running a collaborative project with ten London Boroughs which aims to provide pre start-ups and early start-ups business information and 1-2-1 guidance. The session will be a 'train the trainer' session.
