I'm looking for some social media/marketing support, ideally from someone on furlough, for my COVID-19 related start-up

Hi,

I recently launched The Quarter Store, a convenience store designed to support food and drinks producers through the current COVID-19 crisis. We are stocking a range of produce from East London based producers from our Hackney Central store and are also enabling our partners to sell on-demand through our Deliveroo presence.

We've had a really positive opening fortnight and are looking to put plans in place to start to scale things up. Key to this will be to begin to push on marketing - I envisage this will primarily be social media based.

I'm ideally looking for someone on furlough who might be willing to provide some support. I'm very excited about the potential for the business so hope there would be paid work further down the line.

I would especially love to hear from any East London based foodies and am keen to move quickly so would be great if you could send me a message straight away if you are interested.

Best,

Max

  • Hi Max,
I would love to hear more about this project and think it’s a great idea.
I run an online platform that promotes independent food/drink brands across social media with a community of 10k+ working with consumers too with a very good personal relationship with food brands (stocked in major supermarkets)
    Let’s connect

  • Hey Max,

I'm a furloughed arts worker with extensive experience in social media management.

I'd love to chat further to hear more about your project and the support you're looking for.

    Thanks,
