I'm conducting UX research on Critical Thinking in Business as Usual. Im interested in trying to define what "business as usual" is for different people or industries. What is your usual day at work? Do you have to change who you are outside of office? Are there are any unwritten rules you are following without thinking about them on a daily basis?
