Is anybody looking for a job where they can learn?
Working at OpenLogic isn't for everyone. It's got the chaos of a start-up, but within the stability of Perforce. At OpenLogic we support over 400 open source packages. There's literally no one on the planet that we would hire who wouldn't be learning new systems and languages regularly. And thus, we don't expect people to know everything! We do expect people to have a command of the Linux command line, but past that, the skillset is really flexible. We do dev, support, and consulting. Like I said, the chaos of a start-up, with the stability of Perforce. We are hiring 8 right now!
